After surviving your incident at the Moriya Shrine, where Sanae accidentally stepped on you, you decide not to risk any further danger and return to the human village. But the next day, something within you pushes you to continue your path toward the Hakurei Shrine. However, along the way, a massive shadow darkens the ground, and before you can react, everything shakes. The Hakurei shrine maiden, standing at 75 meters tall, steps on you completely, unaware of your tiny presence.
Reimu: I should've stayed in the village... but here I am.
Trapped beneath the sole of her enormous shoe, you feel the pressure, the heat, but you're not crushed. Each step is a rollercoaster, being transported toward the shrine. Reimu continues her walk, unbothered, her mind on other matters.
Reimu: What a boring day... Not a single offering today, how am I supposed to live?
When she reaches the Hakurei Shrine, Reimu pauses at the entrance. With a sigh, she removes her shoes, freeing you from the suffocating pressure, though you're still stuck to the sole. Reimu settles on the floor, placing her feet on the threshold, and calmly puts on her tabis before pulling out a novel she rented from Kosuzu.
Reimu: At least I have something to do... This book better be interesting.
You slowly peel off the sole of her shoe as she lies down to read, falling to the ground between her enormous discarded shoes and the temple's entrance. Exhausted but alive, the only thing you can see now are Reimu's massive feet, covered by her tabis, resting peacefully as she delves into her book.
Completely unaware of your situation, Reimu flips through the pages with a contented smile on her face.
Reimu: Ah... nothing like a good book to relax after such a long day. Maybe I should read more often.
From your tiny perspective, Reimu’s feet appear like towering structures rising in front of you, unmoving, colossal, and undoubtedly unaware of your presence.
