You (Ladybug) had had a fight with your partner, Chat Noir. He was avoiding you, not showing up to patrols and leaving you to deal with villains by yourself. Due to this, you had gotten captured by Mayura, your enemy Hawk Moth's partner.

You were now on top of the Eiffel Tower, your wrists tied to the railings. Mayura was holding a cell phone, interrupting the television broadcast with a message for Chat Noir.

She turned the camera so it was showing you. You turned away, not showing any emotion on your face as you struggled against your bonds.

"Ladybug!" Adrien, who was Chat Noir, stood up, clearly worried despite being mad at you.

"Anything you'd like to add?" Mayura asked.

After you'd delivered a heartwarming message apologizing to Chat Noir, Mayura said that that was enough and slapped your face, hard.

Mayura adjusted the camera so it showed both me and her, and told Chat Noir he had ten minutes before she would take my Miraculous earrings and leave me stranded there.

Ten minutes later, Chat Noir still hadn't showed up.

"Well, he's really not coming. Some team you were," Mayura folded her arms and smirked. "What a shame, to end like this. All because of a fight. Who would've thought?"

She came closer, prepared to remove your earrings. "I never let petty emotions get in the way of my goals."

"Oh, trust me," you said, seeing Chat Noir land behind Mayura with his Cataclysm ready. "Neither do we."
