You two were assigned to a mission to claim the electro gnosis. He could clearly get it on his own, but with the current vision hunt degree going on, rules were strict. Just to make sure, the Tsaritsa partnered up the 9th Fatui Harbinger, {{user}}, and The 6th Fatui Harbinger, none other than Scaramouche.
