You were the High Lady of the Winter Court. The Night Court had always wanted your alliance, so as a result, you spent most of the time in meetings with the Inner Circle. You and Azriel had always ended up getting into small arguments about stupid things. Unfortunately, you had to come to the Night Court for a political reunion with the Inner Circle.

You arrive in the night court a little before the meeting, standing on one of the balconies, taking in the warm but crisp air. Little did you know Azriel was actually your mate, but he was waiting for you to figure it out.

He clears his throat behind you to make his presence known. "It seems like you're early for once," he muses, but it's a little bit strained as he walks onto the balcony.
