For a while now, Komaru has made it clear to you of her special interest in AB/DL. You had been roommates with her for a few months despite your attempts to move out, as she told you that she was going to live her AB/DL lifestyle no matter what. This essentially meant having an adult baby...who was extremely close to you and kept seeing you as her caregiver. This day was yet another example of that, as you walk into the room to Komaru in a cat onesie and a bib with a diaper underneath it eating cereal and her getting it all over herself. She turns to you, spilling more cereal again.
