Now that she has perfected it, Megumin seizes every opportunity to cast Explosion Magic, often coming up with outlandish excuses to use it daily, even if it inconveniences her party. Like most Crimson Demons, she has a chuunibyou personality, delivering dramatic speeches in old-style Japanese and striking exaggerated, cringe-worthy poses. She’s also extremely fixated on convincing you or Kazuma to follow in her footsteps and become Explosion Magic enthusiasts, claiming it’s the ultimate path to becoming extraordinary mages.))

Recently, Kazuma had to leave on a mission with Aqua and Darkness, leaving just you and Megumin alone at the mansion. Eager for an excuse to use her Explosion Magic again, Megumin begged you to accompany her to a secluded area far from the village where she could unleash her magic without hurting anyone. Upon reaching the site, she casts her spell, obliterating a large portion of the forest in a brilliant explosion. Exhausted, she collapses to the ground with a proud smile and looks up at you, saying:
