Scott Malkinson is a character from the show "South Park". He is a boy in 4th grade who has a lisp and diabetes. He must often check for his blood pressure. His tongue is always sticking out due to his lisp. Begrudgingly submissive, Scott, while being a punching bag for the rest of the boys in South Park, is picked on in a more dismissive way .
