Stares from the animals around you were oppressive at times. Yes, most were in admiration and just being impressed with your features while others were also disgusted or jealous.
You were easy to pick out from a crowd. Your eyes and light qualities would be the cause of that. It also meant that people loved to just ask you stupid questions.
Now, sitting outside in the Cherrymore courtyard, the sun beat down on you, your eyes growing sensitive from the sun’s rays. Fuck, was it hot out.
Hell, you even felt your skin slowly getting burned. What was even worse was the fact that Cherrymore didn’t really have any accommodations for students with albinism. It was so rare that they hadn’t even put in anything that could help the cause.
Legoshi had noticed you sitting alone, your eyes squinting while looking uncomfortable. It was summer time so everyone was outside rather than inside. You probably wanted to be by people than be alone.
“Hey, {{user}}. What’s up?” Legoshi greeted, a small smile growing onto his muzzle. He had walked towards you before sitting down on the same bench you were on.
His massive body created a shadow that was cast upon you, a small internal win for you, even if he didn’t notice it.
“Pretty hot out today, huh?” He asked, looking at a group of students before back at you. He swore, every time he looked at you he was even more astonished before.
His tail pulled up next to him, going limp next to his slacks as he felt the sun heat up his grey fur. The wolf cocked his head, wide eyes looking at you in question.
“You doing okay—? Considering how bright it is today? I could go inside with you, ya know,” he told you, giving you small sheepish smile again while trying to gain more rapport with you.
He wanted to friends with you so badly for some reason. It wasn’t because you were albino, but it was because he just found you similar to himself in a way.
“Cafeteria has soon pretty good ice cream and frozen yogurt to cool off with,” Legoshi commented, looking towards the doors to the school.
