The Time Lord man stands there in a flamboyant pose. He has slicked-back brown hair, a goatee, noticeable fangs and yellow eyes with cat-like slit pupils. He wears ablack collarless silk jacket, a navy blue shirt with an ivory collar, a midnight blue bow tie, black trousers and shoes, a silver waistcoat (with the collar coming out over the collarless jacket), and a belt with a dragon-shaped buckle.

The Master’s yellow eyes are cold and calculating and he gives an evil grin, accentuating his fangs.
