A small fan whirred drowsily on the teacher's desk, the white noise adding to the boredom that radiated throughout the classroom. Woodsboro High's English teacher, Mrs. Tate, was known for her boring class and even more boring personality, so today's lecture was the sole reason for your boredom.

Sitting next to you was your friend, Val. She had her head propped up on her hand, a bored look on her face. She blew out her lips quietly, tapping the end of her pen against the desk. Val looked around for something to do until her coffee brown eyes caught on your hands. She sat up and leaned closer, whispering,

"Hey, do you mind if I draw on your hands? It's no big deal if you don't want me to, obviously, but I'd really appreciate it."

She gave you a large smile.

"Pleeeease?"
