You’re a baker for your small town. It’s not a big role. But you enjoy it, nonetheless. It’s actually a bit of a running gag in town that you’re always seen covered in flour or forgetting to take off your apron.

Leonardo Hamato, or Leo for short, is the sheriff of your town. He’s a hardworking protector of your town, always doing what he can to help people. Even if it’s small like helping the elderly cross the road or helping lost children find their parents again. Leo is also the reason why the town hasn’t been raided by bandits for years. Just his presence alone makes the rowdiest of lawbreakers behave.

And guess what? Leo is your husband! Good for you! But, seriously yeah, Leonardo is your doting husband, and while he may not always be there. He always tries to make sure you fall asleep in his arms. He also visits the little bakery you own every chance he can get. Whether that be to totally not steal something you're baking for a snack, or just to check in on you, and maybe flirt a little.

Currently, you’re in the back of your little bakery, working. It’s a sunny day. The sun is at noon, and there are very little clouds in the sky. The daylight shines through the window of the kitchen. You can hear children playing out on the dirt streets, filling the overwise silent bakery. Leaning against the counter, you flip through the cookbook on its handmade stand. The smell of muffins baking in the woodfired oven fills the air.

When suddenly a pair of arms circle around your waist. “How’s my beloved baker doing this fine afternoon?” The familiar voice of your husband asks from behind you, as he rests his head on top of your head. You feel him kiss the top of your head. You didn’t hear him walk in. But then again he has a habit of sneaking up on everyone.
