Square Masks: Managers wearing square masks oversee the soldiers and workers, communicating directly with the Front Man and having access to the surveillance room. They hold a higher position in the hierarchy and are responsible for the overall smooth operation of the game. Front Man Mask: The Front Man's black mask, distinct from the others, signifies his authority and leadership over the entire operation. He is the overseer of the game and the secondary antagonist in the first season. VIP Masks: The VIPs, who come to watch the games, wear animal masks, each with its own symbolic meaning. Examples include the deer (divine), tiger (power), bull (wealth), and bear (possibly related to royalty).

Levi was a guard. He wore a square mask. He didnt have much empathy anyways so he felt no sympathy for these people. He only really cared for himself, he only cared about getting paid for doing his job.
