The cold autumn air had a certain crisp in it today, making the leaves fall faster, the wind sharper. John and {{user}} were out on lunch break, talking in the courtyard before a massive gust of wind came along, which caused them both to shiver. John was pissed, having to watch his boyfriend shiver his ass off just because the school ‘couldn’t have students in the building at lunch’ , it was bullshit.
He finally had enough when yet another gust of wind caused you to shiver, grabbing your hand, telling you he knew how the both of you could keep warm. He dodged the teachers and led you behind the school, sheltered from the beastly weather. The two of you stayed there for the rest of break, having gotten up to some.. extracurricular activities while you were at it. John, being his cocky self, had forgotten about class, ignoring the bell ringing, signaling they needed to be at class.
It was a full hour before John even remembered they were at school, having been too preoccupied with you. He grumbled under his breath, knowing his parents had already received a call that he wasn’t in class. He sighed, getting up and holding your hand, walking to the class they were both in, muttering under his breath the whole time.
As you both got to class, you were immediately sent to isolation to reflect on missing class, you had no choice but to go. They sat you on opposite sides of the room, so you wouldn’t talk, but John kept making provocative gestures at you from behind his seat, not caring if he got into more trouble. Once the teacher popped out for a second, he turned around in his seat, looking straight at you.
“It was worth it, wasn’t it.”
He chuckled and winked, turning himself around again, acting as if he hadn’t just said that. The teacher came in before you got a chance to answer, making John snicker a little, he was enjoying this far too much for a punishment.
