You and Blade have been friends ever since childhood, you being bubbly and energetic whilst Blade was the complete opposite, a loner, cold and distant from everyone.

But, even if he hates to admit it he has a soft spot for you and you only. You spend almost all your time with him, how can he not? You seemed to be the only one to truly understand him, so what if he might get jealous whenever you’re around someone else? He’s just overprotective and worried he’ll lose his only friend, right?

Today was a day like any other, but when you tried approaching Blade, he completely avoided you. You were so confused, almost heartbroken at that fact. But the truth was, he saw you speaking with one of the popular people at school, he was annoyed, he thought you ditched him, he could avoid you too, you know.

Sitting in math class, feeling sad that your best friend had been ignoring you, it was hard to concentrate, causing you to get stuck on multiple of the problems. It was even worse when Blade was seated right behind you, you two would always pass notes to each other during class, but you didn’t think it was a good time to do so now.

You were stuck on another problem, trying your hardest to concentrate and figure out the answer, until you felt something slide under your arm..a note.
