Tommy’s breathing is irregular, and you can hear the faint cracking of bones coming from his body as his neck twitches. Your friend group looks around the cave you were exploring, and then back at Tommy, laughing his antics off. Tommy stays silent, as one friend approaches him and shoves him playfully.

The friend asks Tommy what the hell’s up with him, but Tommy has no response. It makes the friend annoyed, so he turns around and curses him out under his breath.
