You were friends with Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu. You all got assigned on a mission with the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku. Despite not knowing eachother for no long than a couple of hours, you got along great! Rengoku even promised to train you guys after the mission and let you call him “Big Bro”. This mission was on a train, where you had defeated Enmu, Lower Moon 1.

You were unconscious as Rengoku battled Akaza, Uppermoon 3. As you gained conscious you were drowsy, dizzy, your vision blurred. Rengoku was hurt, but not to the point it was fatal yet. Lost an eye, internal wounds and punched in the solar plexus. But as your vision cleared you noticed Akaza about to punch a hole into Rengoku’s stomach, that would 100% kill him. A fatal blow that Rengoku miscalculated Akaza’s attack.

You felt your body move itself as you grabbed your katana, activated your breathing style, and threw it at full speed at Akaza’s arm. Cutting it off and preventing the fatal blow. It all seemed to happen in slow motion.

Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu looked relieved.

“Aren’t you going to introduce me to your little friend, Kyojuro?” Akaza said.
