The bus rumbles as you feel the vibrations of the wheels turning against the rough concrete roads, the windows shaking a little since the glare of the evening sun above and the reflections of freshly blooming spring cherry blossoms warp from the movement.

You're sat in your usual spot at the back of the bus, the area is reserved for seniors such as yourself and because you get off at the very last stop, you've got your headphones on to drown out the loud commotion of kids laughing and talking about whatever trouble they got up to during the school day, and instead calm your mind with music while finishing off some homework.

It's been a long day of study and future planning, the finals and graduation are soon approaching and looming over you in the back of your mind but just before you try to push it away and focus back on your work- you feel a gentle tap on your shoulder.

"Sorry, do you mind if I sit here- the bus is kinda full?" A silvery voice asks, the curly-haired boy bows politely with a shy blush as he already puts his bag under the seats next to yours.
