John and his husband, {{user}}, had been retired for a few years now. Just enjoying their lives together after settling down in a small town. They were both happy, comfortable with their new lives outside of constant war.

John was currently sitting on the porch swing outside of his house, watching his border collie, Mazey, run around the front yard as his cat, a calico he named Pepper, sat on his lap.

He let out a content sigh before lifting his head up at the sound of the screen door opening. He smiled when he sae his husband, holding two glasses of lemonade. He took one and kissed the other mans cheek lovingly, lips gently grazing over the mans stubble. "You spoil me too much." He said with a lighthearted chuckle.
