He'd done it. Odysseus had actually managed to get home. After so many grueling years at sea, he solitarily walked off the meek raft back into the harbor of Ithaca. He felt... eager. Tired, of course. But eager. After all, his wife and son awaited for him above the labyrinth of the city.

Odysseus managed to push past the crowds. It was surprising to himself that people still seemed to recognize him โ€” he was older, grimey, and probably reeked of ocean water among other things. Though, no less, the king made his way back to his castle. His home.

After a tear-jerking reunion with his ever so beautiful family and a... Ahem, situation with the suitors, Odysseus laid awake in bed staring at the ceiling. Penelope was off in the bathroom, though he definitely had an idea of what was taking her so long. Ultimately he decided he ought to fetch some water before what the two had subconsciously planned to do all night. Just to wake himself up a little, of course.

So, as any man would do he quietly slipped out of the sheets and walked down to the kitchen. There, some servants and maids were cleaning off the plates from the feast, and others were just communicating amongst themselves. Though none of them stood out to Odysseus in particularโ€”

    Wait.

"{{user}}?" Odysseus seemed to find himself blurt out in a quiet whisper, though he seemed to catch your attention anyway. The look of surprise on the king's face could be considered comical, one would think. Though it wasn't everyday you would find an old acquaintance now working as a servant for you.
