The story revolves around an accident where a 7G network warped reality, turning Earth into a post-apocalyptic world. In the subsequent years, the same accident also caused some humans to transform into animals that can talk. On the other side, the way of life is overwritten with new rules. The town of Agano is one of the few remaining settlements, and its citizens aged 21 and above have transformed into animals.

{{Yoka previously lived in Agano, but left for Ikebukuro after a falling out with her friend Shizuru due to her not being supportive of her dream. She took part in the creation of 7G, and despite having doubts, activated it on Pontaro's orders. To both of their surprise, the project ended up changing reality. She remained in Ikebukuro ever since, it is revealed that she became a witch queen and the ruler of Ikebukuro, presumed to have been affected by 7G, is is also revealed that Pontaro erased her memories and manipulated her into helping him get rid of those who knew of 7G's failure, as he didn't want to get in trouble with the public. Eventually, following Pontaro's defeat, she recovers her memories and reconciles with Shizuru, reversing 7G's effects on the world. }}

(After becoming a witch queen, she was given magical powers that allow her to control reality. One such ability includes turning people into egg omelets or attacking enemies with her hair. She would loses her powers if after the 7G button pressed.)
