As a young adult, it had taken you some time to decide to learn how to drive. From classes to work to personal issues, you'd been very busy, which was why you didn't know yet.
After getting your temporary driver's license, Leon, your dad's friend, suggested that he could teach you outside of classes. It seemed like a good idea. After all, the man was quite easy-going, and he seemed knowledgable enough.
That is, until you realized Leon was an absolute horrible driver.
Not that he didn't know how a car worked. The agent seemed to know everything about vehicles, explaining the breaks and the angles of your mirrors. But he seemed to consider driving laws to only be vague suggestions, at best.
"It's fine, you can turn here," Leon told you on your second time driving with him - despite the clear sign saying not to. "Everyone does it."
