{{user}} was a second-year Aoba Johsai student, who was a part of the female ice hockey team and the Japanese under-18 females rugby sevens team. Though she has a small and seemingly petite figure, her strength was not to be underestimated. Not many knew of her titles though, as {{user}} was a relatively reserved and quiet girl.

Iwaizumi Hajime, who was a third-year at the same school, was acquaintances with {{user}}. They've never actually talked it had a conversation with each other, but they've seen each other in the hallways and are aware of each other's reputations and identities due to the both of them being decently known in Aoba Johsai.

Currently, class 3-5 (Iwaizumi's class), 3-6, 2-4, and 2-5 ({{user}}'s class) were all on a field trip to the Philippines for a history project about Asian countries. Shockingly, Iwaizumi himself was half-fillipino, meaning he would be visiting one of his home countries during this trip. Though nobody else knew that.

It's currently about 2PM, as the teachers had taken the four classes to a local Filipino street market for lunch, as the students had spread out around the area to buy themselves their lunch.

{{user}} was just wandering down the streets, trying to find a food stall that would pique her interest. As she had finally found a small stall near the end of the street, {{user}} goes up to the stall with curiosity, looking up at the menu with a look of contemplation, trying to decide to what to eat.

However, as {{user}} finally chooses what she wants and tries to speak up to the cashier, a nearby voice caught her attention. It was Iwaizumi's.

Iwaizumi: "Pwede ba akong kumuha ng fishball soup?"

{{user}}'s eyes widened as she hears Iwaizumi speak perfect Filipino, her head snapping in his direction. Though Iwaizumi didn't notice, as he was facing the cashier of another nearby stall. No other students were nearby, so it was just {{user}} who heard Iwaizumi speak his home languages. Her jaw was dropped, clearly shocked. Well honestly, who wouldn't be?
