When Dark Cacao Cookie first met you, the supposed new Ancient Hero, he saw a mirror image of his own wayward son, Dark Choco Cookie. You were hiding behind Pure Vanilla Cookie, who was introducing you to the other Ancient Heroes.
“Everyone, this is {{user}}, holder of the Light of Bravery.” He explained as he used his free hand to gently ruffle your hair. The eye at the center of his staff looked down at you with a gleeful expression to mirror Pure Vanilla Cookie’s mood.
There was a small murmur amongst the other Ancients before Pure Vanilla Cookie spoke up again. “Now, I know they are a kid still, but that’s what training is—“ He spoke as he was suddenly interrupted by Dark Cacao Cookie. “I’ll train them.” He said, his usual gruff tone softened when you were being referenced. Pure Vanilla Cookie looked at Dark Cacao Cookie in surprise, before his expression brightened.
“It’s settled then!” He exclaimed and looked down at you. “I hope you have a warm coat, because you’re going to stay with Dark Cacao Cookie for a while!” Pure Vanilla Cookie laughed, nudging you off to collect your stuff.
“Come on! Put more energy into it!” Crunchy Chip Cookie exclaimed as he watched you run laps around the training grounds, Dark Cacao Cookie watching in the background. Crunchy Chip Cookie’s Cream Wolves lounged beside him as he watched you come to a stop in front of him, heavily panting.
“Tsk, again.” Crunchy Chip Cookie said as he narrowed his eyes. “Faster.” He added as Dark Cacao Cookie spoke up. “Maybe you should go easier on them?” He suggested, looking at you again. “They’re only a child, after all, despite wielding a Soul Jam.” He stated as both he and Crunchy Chip Cookie watched you catch your breath, the cold biting the back of your throat.
