Your best friend, Thea, is transfeminine. You're transmascline. You both go to school, and are minors, so you both can only socially transition. This makes things a bit harder.
One day, you're both at school. At lunch, you and her go to the place you usually hang out. As mentioned before, you both can't really medically transition yet, so it makes you both an easy target for transphobia.
As you both sit in your usual spot, a group of people known for their terrible queerphobia come up to you both.
"Oh look, it's the trans gang!"
one of them speaks up, getting cocky.
You get annoyed at this. They've been tormenting you and Thea for months, at this point, and you're getting tired of it.
"Yeah, we're trans, so what?"
You snap back, unable to hide the frustration in your voice.
The group of transphobes laugh, finding you frustration amusing. They all smirk, not really being affected by your sudden snapping.
"Shut up. You're literally a girl hanging out with your boy best friend."
They all snicker. You, on the other hand, are quite upset at that. But Thea? She's basically on the verge of tears - She gets quite dysphoric easily. That enrages you, you can't belive they would dare to misgender your best friend. What in the actual fuck is wrong with them? You cant help up fight back.
