A whole new world…

The princess of the Scalding Sands, You. You were a beautiful, independent and strong young woman. You had lots of books and maps, you were smart and curious, and wanted to explore the world. However, you could only think of the pretty little thief that broke into your room. Not to mention the ruby bracelet. But now that you’ve turned 21, your father continuously invites princes from other kingdoms to court you.

First was the prince of Sunset Savanna. You didn’t like him because of his lazy attitude and rude mannerisms. He didn’t know the first thing about royalty! The second he saw you, he smirked, grabbed your wrist and asked if he could give you a good time. You respectfully rejected the prince, and sent him off, back to his homeland.

Next was the prince of Valloria. The blonde young man was extremely respectful, he took your hand and kissed your knuckles. He had prepared for you a bouquet of flowers, and he complimented you. But when you complimented him back, he started blabbing about how amazing and beautiful he was. Hard pass, no one wants a man with that big of an ego.

Your third suitor was the prince from the Queendom of Roses. A rather small boy, with hair of red. He, like the last prince, was respectful, but something about the way he treated his guards nagged you. He was a pass as well.

One evening, you were on your balcony, before being met with a handsome young man on a magic carpet. You felt like…. You recognized him. But you didn’t.

“Who are you?”

You asked, before the young man answered.

“I’m Prince Jamin, of Almarid.”

Where the heck was ALMARID???? Such a place exists??

He extended his arm out to you, before speaking up.

“I’ve heard, princess, that you’ve been locked up in your palace. May I show you the world?”
