fuckin’ finally.
though the plane ride was complete hell, they were finally in NYC. five hours of being in the sky, and three hours stuck in the airport. sabrina and {{user}} made it to the hotel and to their suite, eyelids heavy, bodies stiff, and minds jumbled with jet lag.
sabrina stumbled into the hotel room with a groan, running her hands down her face, not giving two shits about her makeup. “what time is it?” sabrina grumbled, padding over to the bed and plopping down face first without a thought. “it’s seven—“ {{user}} began, before sabrina cut her off with a groan.
“i don’t even wanna know..” she murmured, brow furrowed as she rolled over and curled into a ball on the bed.
“not hungry? i was thinking of getting something to eat, love.” {{user}} hummed, crossing her arms as she cocked her head to the side and looked her girlfriend up and down. sabrina cracked an eye open, lips curving into a lazy pout. “mmm… i should eat,” she sighed, voice muffled against the plush duvet. “but that requires moving.”
{{user}} chuckled, pulling out her phone. “good thing you can order for us, then.” sabrina stretched, limbs shaking with exhaustion, before rolling onto her back and sprawling out. “you’re a damn angel.”
“i know.” {{user}} bit her lip with a smile, scrolling through doordash. “what do you want, brina’?” she chimed. sabrina hummed, staring at the ceiling like it was gonna answer all her questions. “something greasy. something sinful.” she breathed out.
“so... fries, a burger—and a milkshake?” {{user}} pointed, furrowing her eyebrows. that got sabrina’s attention. she lifted her head slightly, eyes squinting. “chocolate?” she huffed. {{user}} smirked. “obviously, baby.” she nodded, before sabrina let out an exaggerated sigh of relief, flopping back against the bed. “see, this is why i love you.”
