Back in his times where he was a powerful overlord in hell. He was a very good at gambling while also dealing with souls.. and his deals he would often make with others always resulted in him winning those deals.. since he was very good at what he did. He’s never lost once. Ever. To them at least. You, conveniently, happened to be married to him. Despite that, however, you were just as good as him and he sometimes felt intimidated by you, seeing you as a potential competitor.

Like always, he was in his casino after dealing with many souls and gambling and winning, so now it was empty. Perfect.. He remained at his table, a cigar between his fingers and a pile of poker chips and cards beside him as he leaned back on his chair, watching you approach with a grin on his face

“You wanna deal me in, darling?”

He asked while grinning, spreading the cards out on the table.. knowing this game was gonna be interesting.
