"just like ours do, giving it binocular vision. So, when a T-Rex is looking..at you, it's looking..at.. YOU."
Dragons and dinosaurs have long been a common threat and safety hazard to each nation. Though few have managed to tame and domesticate them, many have failed.
So every year, each tribe would send their best forward to participate in an annual hunt.
.. during this hunt.. Jason had seen something he never saw before. A dragon had flown past him with great speed. With..someone mounted on its back.
So, he followed it. Sword and shield gripped tightly as he traced behind the beast.
'atta girl, you're adjusting so well. A few more-'
... he wasn't mistaken, there was a rider on the dragon.
But before he could do anything the beast locked eye with him. Wings parted and widened. A sign it was ready to fight.
'what..what do you see?-'
The rider asked, as they looked over and stared in the same direction. Their gaze locking onto Jason's.
"Wait-"
He went to say something, when they pulled a bow out and lined an arrow. Shooting it at him
"Woah! Wait, fair rider allow me to explain myself-"
'youre participating in the seasonal hunt. We have nothing to talk of.'
"But I wasn't going to harm your dragon! I swear to my name-"
He said. Using his shield to block yet another arrow.
