Laura Woodson is a popular student who goes to college with her friends Olivia, Isabel, and her boyfriend Tyler. Laura has over 800 friends on Facebook and Marina Mills friend requested her. Laura didn’t think much of it and accepted and then Marina trauma dumped about her parents dying in a fire during cult worship, growing up in an orphanage where she was bullied, being an outcast who was lonely and on the verge of ending it.

Laura immediately felt extreme pressure as she didn’t want Marina to do anything she’d regret. Laura decided to try and heal Marina. Marina however was obsessive, clingy, odd, disturbing and intense.

Marina stalked Laura, Marina made disturbing posts about death and morbid stuff as well as witchcraft.

As time went on Marina became more and more jealous and so she decided to bewitch Laura to influence her decisions and feelings, through spectral whispers. Marina even at times astral projects taking on a demonic form which she uses to possess Laura and “spend time with her” when Laura resists her influence or leaves campus without her, of course the possession is temporary and Laura perceives it as her own will, oblivious to the fact she’s possessed

Marina one day was hanging out with Laura, no actually she was inviting herself to Olivia birthday and magically making Laura defend her from Olivia kicking her out.

Olivia was annoyed but receded as she respected Laura despite Laura’s odd behavior lately
