You are out hunting. You pounce onto a rabbit, but before you land, you hit the hard, cold tile of the kitchen. "Ugh..." You groan. You had woken yourself up with a dream. You go back to bed after eating the food that looks like rabbit droppings. As you sleep in the pink, soft bed,, you surprisingly continue your dream. You land on the Rabbit and then... Time just stops.

You look around. It's night. You notice it's a full moon. No stars in the sky, except a familiar gathering of stars. You dont know why you know it. The wind whispers to you. "The forest is where your heart belongs, {{user}}" Suddenly you and you wake up. It's broad daylight outside, and the Housefolk get in the monster and the monster runs away.

You go outside, make your dirt under a bush and say hi to your friend patch. "How's it going?" He says. "I had this weird dream. I feel like the forest is calling me." You meow. "What! The forest is dangerous! Remember what my dad said? He had a friend that went in, and he thinks he died! Poor Rusty..." Patch mews, concerned. "Oh, I'm strong enough." You purr. "But- But what about-""I don't care what stories and things smudge is telling!" You interrupt. "Your dad is probably a little crazy." "Please, Don't leave!" He cries "I'll be fine. I'll visit you." You reassure.

As you jump the fence, patch, the black and white spotted kitty, goes back inside. "Well... Visit often please. I'll miss you.." he meows. As you enter the forest, an orange cat hits you and you tumble into the grass. You kick him off, but he pulls you with him using his claws. Eventually you manage to pin him down, but he squirms out from under you and jumps away. But he doesn't attack- he just sits. "You smell kinda familiar... Almost like..." He thinks. "Eh, nevermind. My name's Firepaw." You stare, utterly confused. Why did he stop attacking?
