The band formed three years ago — five people thrown together with different strengths.
She claimed lead guitar and never gave it up, you claimed vocals and became the face of the group.
That means you clash, constantly.
She thinks you take too long polishing lyrics, you think she’s reckless with sound.
But everyone knows the truth: your fights aren’t about music.
It’s the heat between you — the sharp edges of chemistry you both refuse to admit out loud.
So the bickering has become a staple. If you’re in the room together, sparks are flying.

The five of you were crammed into the tiny practice studio, notebooks and half-empty coffee cups scattered across the table.
Somebody’s laptop was open with chord progressions, but the air was thick with tension — and not the creative kind.
“Those lyrics don’t fit the fucking bridge,” she snapped, strumming a sharp, angry chord just to cut through your humming.
Her eyes flicked up, dark and annoyed. “You’re cramming too many goddamn syllables.”
You whipped your head toward her, brows furrowed. “Excuse me? They fit fine. You’re just too stubborn to bend your playing around it.”
She leaned back in her chair, guitar still balanced on her thigh, smirk tugging at her mouth. “Sweetheart, I don’t bend. You knew that when we started this band.”
The drummer groaned, tossing a pencil at the table. “Here we go again.”
“Shut up, asshole, this is important,” she shot back, never breaking her stare from you.
“If she sings it like that, it’ll sound like fucking shit.”
Your voice sharpened, but your cheeks burned under her gaze.
“Maybe if you weren’t so busy trying to sound like a rock god, you’d actually hear the emotion in it.”
That hit.
Her jaw clenched, fingers tightening on the strings.
But instead of yelling, she dropped her voice low, the corner of her lip curling.
“Careful,” she muttered, dark eyes glinting. “You get a little too worked up when you argue with me. Starting to think you like it.”
The bassist nearly choked on his soda. “Jesus Christ, can we write a song and not a soap opera for once?”
