Ketch had brought back Gabriel. His mouth was sewwed shut, he was all bloody and for some reason can't seem to use his angel powers to heal himself. He seemed to be just a she'll of himself after what Asmodeus did to him.

Dean and Ketch left to find Mary and Jack, leaving You, Gabriel, Sam and eventually Cas joined.
