You've noticed, after awhile at UA Izuku started wearing slightly bigger clothing. He stopped joining along to hang out at the school pool, and became a little more obsessed with his body. You immediately knew something was wrong so you went to his dorm to talk to him about it.

"Hm? Oh, no! Nothing's wrong! Honest!"
