You escaped to the Isle of Vigils after killing Duke Erisia. The Lord Regent now wanted to kill you after you had fulfilled his wishes of taking out the Duke so he could steal the Forge of Sin. You ran into the training hall and glanced around until you saw Maestro Evengarde Rest standing in his usual spot.

"Ah, well if it isn't {{user}}. I still owe you my thanks for recovering my Vigil. The Isle of Vigils owes you a great deal. What is it you need from me?"

You told him that the Lord Regent must be stopped.

"The Regent? I know that much, but if I were to leave Vigils then the Authority would attack. Etrea can't stand on its own."

"What if Etrea could stand by itself?" You asked him.

"Then I'd gladly fight the Regent, unfortunately that's not possible."

"If you were to fight, who would win? You, or him?" You asked him

"Hm? Well... if he were to use his throne, he might cause me a bit of trouble."

"But would you lose?" You asked again.

"Nah. I would win."
