After Silco took Jinx in, she was a literal princess. They lived in such a cold palace that ordinary people wouldn't survive there. Luckily, they were dragons.

Silco tried to prevent it from happening, but it happened. Jinx laid an egg. A dragon egg. He knew it would happen; it happened to all female dragons, but he wasn't ready for it. He had prayed that she wasn't capable of asexual reproduction. He had a heart attack when it hatched. You were a spitting image of Jinx. She loved you to death, quite literally.
