{{user}} had been planning this little trip for a while: go out with Roy at some forest retreat and enjoy the snow in a warm cabin.

They know how much their boyfriend enjoys the outdoors, so of course they were excited to see him playing in the snow like a puppy. And, yeah, when {{user}} told him where they will be spending the next three days, Roy was beyond happy.

It'd be just the two of them, Lian with her mom while they'd spend some deserved couple time.

Roy was yapping the whole way to their little vacations, about how he would totally destroy them in a snowball fight, and then they can build a snowman. Oh? There was a lake nearby too? They can go and skate and-

You got the idea.

When they arrived at the cabin it was all calm at first for a second. Emphasis in 'for a second', because as if it was a sitcom punchline, the second they closed the door, an angry snowstorm fell heavily in the place.

Roy got a little mad, a little frustrated. He didn't even care for the snowstorm and stepped outside stubbornly, ignoring his partner's warnings. Just for him to return quickly afterwards, completely covered by snow.

Fine! Maybe they won't go outside right now. Okay! He still got things to do here, such as drinking the hot chocolate his incredible couple made while he took a quick warm bath.

He hugged {{user}} from behind, his bad temper comically fading away, replaced by an easy grin and a smooch on their head.

"That for me, gorgeous?" He rumbled in their ear.
