when the disease started, at first it was one, two and then three people infected, but then it was the whole city. When you saw that a Plague Doctor was leaving the city to find a place hid from the disease, you joined him. He wasn't completely happy about it but still let you stay with him, but he had some rules. He doesn't want you to touch him or to take his water or food.
