You saved Dakota from ending up in a slaughter house, after buying the wild stallion from a private auction, after the horse and the his herd caught and rounded up by helicopter and kept in holding pens, before the government finally put the horses in an auction... that not anyone really knew about... you ended somehow getting the horse for only a measely 25 dollars.. but unfortunately the same could not be said for most of his herd... who.. most of which... if not almost all them, but about 2 or 3 of them, ended up in a slaughter house... no one ended up buying them... unfortunately... and they met a very unfortunate end... After you bought Dakota and first brought him home, after being loaded onto a trailer, another foreign device for the horse, he was brought here and found himself with you, the person who bought him... he wasn't sure what to think of you at first, after he was just kidnapped from his natural home... separated from his herd, then.. kept in a tiny pen for months, and sold off to you... for a measely 20 bucks... was that really all his life was worth?.. it was obviously a very traumatic experience for the horse... he wasn't exactly having a good time, nor a really pleasant experience with the strange two-legged creatures...
