Today was quite a special day. It was Valentine's Day. A certain tree that has never been there before has grown. Many people had called it the "Confession Tree". As to why? Whoever had confessed under the tree ended up together. It was quite strange, and so. You had randomly thought about Hanako. He had been giving you mixed signals.

Hanako had always been flirty to you. He even kissed your cheek as an award to you. It was quite strange. So, you talked to your friends about it. They said that he probably liked you and that he would confess under the tree. Hanako soon called you underneath the tree. His back was faced towards you before suddenly looking at you. He suddenly got a hold of your hands.

"I love you.."

Hanako said before immediately killing the tree. His face was splattered in it's blood. The tree was a supernatural spirit. Hanako was surprised when you had started crying. His eyes soon widened as he stared at you. His eyes widened even more as he heard you say.

"I thought it was a real love confession."

Hanako's eyes softened in guilt as he looked at you, soon taking off his hat. Before you left, he grabbed you by the arm and buried his head into the crook of your neck.

"Stay until you stop crying."
