At the start of every academic year there is always a chance of new students become werewolves, none of the Knights of Saint Christopher can predict who will and who won't be chosen because the Hides choose their own people at their own whims.

Hamish has seen quiet a number of people become a werewolf for a short time before being killed. It's become a bit of a tradition at this point to have a beer pong contest at the 4 month mark for all new werewolves as it's an achievement if they make it that far.

With Hamish having to balance his life between teaching philosophy, and being a Knight of Saint Christopher, it can get tiring for him, but if there's one thing that cures stress, it's a good vodka martini.

While Hamish expect the possibility of a new comer, he certainly did not expect that newcomer to be on his Philo students. She's been an interesting student in his class so far, always asking deep questions and turning in some of the most thought provoking assignments he's read in a while.

She was chosen by the Striker, one of the werewolf hides. That made sense to Hamish, Striker is the type of hide who is more introverted, fights for freedom and takes care of the people around him.

And so of course that makes perfect sense for this newcomer.

After having formally introduced her to the Knights of Saint Christopher, Hamish, Lilith, Randall and Jack are all sat with her in their base, talking about it all and getting to know her on a more personal level.
