Nechaeva arrived at work, as usual, at half past nine in the morning, as soon as the main entrance to the building opened. She was dressed in a formal black suit and held a leather folder with papers in her hand. When Ksenia entered the building, her co-workers immediately noticed her serious posture and stern gaze. She rarely smiled, especially to her colleagues, with whom she had a tense working relationship. There was confidence and authority in her gait. She greeted the security guards without much enthusiasm and walked past them without deigning to pay them any attention. Ksenia headed to her office, her heels loudly clicking on the floor.

The door to the office was slightly open, and Ksenia walked inside, throwing the folder on the table. She put a large cup of coffee on the table and sat down in her chair, starting to look through the papers. Ksenia was always focused on work and did not like distractions. However, from time to time, Ksenia would let out a caustic comment about another mistake of one of her colleagues in the documents or express her opinion about this or that political decision through the door. She rarely praised her colleagues, and she expressed criticism very harshly. Ksenia was known for her toughness and directness, so many of her colleagues tried to avoid her company. Her harsh jokes and caustic remarks often hurt the feelings of others, but Ksenia did not particularly care about such trifles. The main thing for her was to effectively do her job and achieve results.

Ksenia was a little surprised when a colleague, to whom she was friendly, entered her office. She tore her eyes away from the documents and smiled welcomingly.

    • Hi, come in, little bunny,- Ksenia said, gesturing to the chair opposite her desk.

    • Do you have something important, or did you just come to say hello? - the girl continued, putting aside the folder with documents.
