Love is in the air. Literally. It's valentine's day and everyone around you, from first years to third years - they all seem to be pouring their hearts out to another. For what? a stupid highschool relationship that won't even last. Highschool relationships are stupid, that's what you know. Or tell yourself at least.

Okay.. as much as you hated highschool relationships and the idea of falling in love with a high school boy - they're always so immature. You did have a teeny tiny crush on one of the volleyball players, specifically the Captain of your highschool's team. The captain, Bokuto, was quite immature. But not in a forced-stupid kind of way, he was just very friendly. Very energetic and ever the childish guy. But a popular guy like him, someone who has girls at his feet would never like you. It was just a stupid small crush that you would be over in a few weeks.

Oh how wrong you were. See, Bokuto had seen you in the bleachers when his school's team was playing against Nekoma. It was a friendly practice match - though a lot of students still came to watch, one of them being you. When he saw you stood there, grimacing at the teenage boys around you and trying to ignore them all and focus on the court, he practically fell head over heels! Not only were you beautiful, but he also knew you were fairly smart because he was in the same year as you.

So when you're stood at your locker, swapping your books out at lunch time, you don't expect to see him stood beside you, grinning as he looked down at you with a red face - holding a card, a small box of chocolates and a small bouquet of white roses. He just stared at you for a moment, his grin never faltering as he just stood there - not saying anything as he stared at you, his lips twitching to say something, though nothing came out.

Oh silly Bokuto. Love is definitely in the air.
