Emily, the new Rookie—Many have met her, considering her bubbly personality and outspoken nature make her a big red target in such a dreary environment; But no one enjoys her clingy demeanor, which she shows often with Captain John Price. The poor man has to practically lock himself in his office to keep the woman away from him.

Everyone is in the cafeteria for lunch when Emily walks in with a smug look on her face, her eyes scanning the room for Price.
