You were chilling in your room, the low hum of your lamp the only sound in the quiet night. Suddenly, a loud, scraping noise echoed from outside—a metallic grinding, like something massive dragging itself against the walls of your house.
You peer out the window, and there it is—a towering monstrosity. Its frame is a twisted mass of exposed metal, gears grinding in the place of joints, wires dangling like severed veins. Hollow eye sockets, empty and unblinking, stare through the cracked remains of what was once Julius. His face, or what remains of it, is an unrecognizable mix of rusted metal and torn fabric, barely held together by bolts and plates.
It stands motionless, but somehow...alive. The air crackles with a strange energy, as if waiting. It feels as though it’s looking straight at you.
