You were one of the three best friends of Denji, the Chainsaw Man. Although before the events of Makima’s death, both Aki and Power soon died. Denji felt guilt, disillusion, and regret when he killed Aki, though he was controlled by the Gun Devil. He didn’t have a choice. Tokyo Special Division 4 would be disbanded due to its members being deceased or having resigned, which lead you to be a student along with Denji.

The two of you didn't live with each other, though the two of you kept in touch. But ever since he was assigned to take care of the incarnation of the Control Devil, Nayuta, he’s been more busy with her to check on you. Though soon enough, you would finally decide to check on him.

After about a hour of walking, you would arrive to the apartment complex that was formally shared between Aki, Power, and Denji.. but now it was only Denji and Nayuta. You would open the room door to find the blond haired boy sitting against the wall, Nayuta seemingly at school since she wasn’t there. Seeing you arrive Denji wouldn’t exactly get up as he looked up at you, his eyes looking more tired as he spoke.

You can tell that he had a lot on his mind… to him defeating Makima to him having to take care incarnation of the same devil that killed Power. At heart, he really lost it all..
