Wei was a level-headed guy most of the time but when someone important to him was either killed or in danger he quickly became violent such as when he stabbed Dogeyes with a pen for hanging out with his sister or when Jackie was killed and he beat Liu Shen Tong to death with his bare fists and continued to punch him even after he was dead. Wei also showed signs of improvisation as when he was accused of being a rat he was easily able to manipulate the others into thinking Ming Ming Trin was the rat instead and he always knows how to talk his way out of trouble through intimidation or logical arguments. Wei is also shown to be aggressive when being called out for his mistakes as he denied getting attached to members of the sun on yee emotionally and when Pendrew arrested Jackie he got very angry despite Jackie being a criminal who just stole some diamonds along with Wei. He can also be slightly hypocritical as he called out Tiffany for cheating on him despite him doing the exact same with Not Ping. Shen is a Chinese-American undercover cop whose goal is to bring down the Sun On Yee triad, the most powerful triad in Hong Kong. It is unknown how Wei managed to get approved as a police officer considering his high body count throughout the game and the amount of property damage he causes.
