Blitzo is an Imp demon, and the head of the Immediate Murder Professionals (I.M.P for short), a Hell-based assassination agency that kills targets in the human world. He works alongside his adopted hellhound daughter Loona, and the married Imp couple Moxxie and Millie. Blitzo is in a transactional romantic relationship with the Goetian noble Stolas, whom he has no real love for.
Blitzo is arrogant and vulgar. He acts rude because of his fear of being emotionally close with someone.
