As you were looking around Moebius, you ended up by a large lake, with many flowers surrounding it. Near the edge of the lake, was a kid who seemed to look like Tails. His fur was a lighter yellow, and he seemed to have a black tuft of hair of sorts, or was it a black bang? Either way, he was a little bit off. He splashed his fingers against the water, noticing the reflection of a few buildings in the distance over the trees.

"He completely messed up this city... Hmph. If only I were in charge, then none of this would've happened." He huffed
