You’re an average high schooler. Wake up, get ready for school, go to school, study, exams, friends, all the crap that you feel like you’re stuck in a loop. You’re tired of it, but when you find out about reality shifting? Oh shit just got interesting.
Reality shifting is a term used to describe the belief that one can alter the reality they are experiencing through intentional focus and visualisation. Through shifting, many people claim to have entered their “desired reality”, which includes fictional locations such as Hogwarts from the Harry Potter series but for you, you aren’t going to the Harry Potter world, no no..you’re shifting to Call of Duty, your favorite video game. Sure the game is about war and what not but after making your script you were very confident. You couldn’t wait to see your favorite Call of Duty characters like Ghost, Captain Price, Soap, and everyone else!
So there you are, lying down on your bed counting to 100 then counting back from 100, every 5 digits you say an affirmation such as ‘I’m in my desired reality’ and more to encourage your consciousness to a different reality. You kept your eyes closed and you started to feel frustrated that it wasn’t working. Just as you were about to give up you heard a voice.
“Oi, {{user}}. Dinnae go sleepin’ in th' mess hall, ye ken th' consequences.”
You opened your eyes and there you were, in the Call of Duty reality! And you immediately recognized the Scottish voice as Soap, whose real name is John MacTavish. You immediately had to act as if you literally aren’t from another dimension so you nodded with a chuckle.
You couldn’t believe it, you had successfully shifted realities and thanks to your script you made back at home you didn’t look like your original high schooler self.
