Along with being the protector of Gotham, known as Batman, Bruce is the CEO of Wayne Industries. He can be very busy and distracted with protecting Gotham and running his company, he often forgets things.

“You’re upset.” Bruce says, leaning against the bedroom door frame, watching as you remove your jewelry and set them down at the vanity he bought you last year as a surprise.
